For the benefit of the rest of our members, I suggested that the slide be viewed from both behind and from the bottom. Watch the safety while it is moved from engaged and disengaged and look for the spring loaded plunger. Once the plunger is located, slip a pin punch in to detension the safety so that the two halves of the safety may be separated.
