My two favorite loads for .243 are 43.5 gr. of H4350, CCI 200 primer in Winchester brass with 90 gr. Nosler Accubond and 42.0 gr. of H100V, WLR primer, Winchester brass with 100 gr. Nosler Partition. Accuracy is very good out of my Browning X-bolt, both under an inch 4-shot group @ 100 yards, and both are more than enough to drop a decent sized deer.
