Both my SKS rifle have .312 groove bores,I tired a few different .308 dia. bullet in both rifle and accuracy wasn't as good as steel case Russian ammo. I get the best results with .310 dia. bullets followed by the .311's in jacketed bullets and .314 dia. with cast lead.
