I don't know why you double-posted this question? Look at my response to your other thread on the same topic. I'll briefly repeat my warning here that slow powders with light bullets can result in secondary pressure spikes that can damage barrels. Your 125 grain bullets will get much better performance with something faster. IMR3031 will get you 200 fps more velocity over 4350 or 4831 and do it with 100% powder burned in the barrel, vs. 90% or so for the others two (meaning they waste 10% completely), so it will require less charge weight and cost per load.
