Certainly. CZ and FN Herstal didn't feel the
need to choose a grip safety over a manual safety because they felt that it was
integral to a single action trigger system. They used that old fashioned "less tactical and therefore less safe" manual safety like every other modern single action pistol design. Amateurs! If only someone had told them about that new grip safety that has been obsolete since the 40's
