I have no idea why they would have any legal issues posting expansion speed the folks at Nosler do it with everything they make, heck they post it on the box.
If you could do a low speed expansion test that would be awesome, I have done alot of reading online and I have yet to run across any low speed data on the 180gr Deep Curl so you would be breaking new ground. If the DC will make a wide wound down below 2000fps speeds it really will be on par in every way with the legendary Partition.
