Hi all,

I'm not very experienced with auto shotguns but I have one, a CZ 712, and also a question on one of the controls.

On the right of the receiver I have a big button that releases the bolt (easy enuff), but my question is what is the purpose of the small button located at the rear of the shell lifter. I know it disables the lifter but haven't quite figured out why it is designed that way?
