Unfortunately my Lee Perfect Powder Measure doesn't like the fine grains and 'pees' them out the side of the rotor. I've tried various tensions and smearing graphite on the rotor to little effect.

Might be time to finally pick up a better powder measure.
If you do pistol primariily, the RCBS Little Dandy, plus appropriate rotor(s) works well. Or maybe a Lee Pro Autodisk.
