I haven't worn/carried both but I have examined both side by side in shops, looking at the size differences.

The Glock is marvelously small and compact for what you get. But it's slightly thicker and had many more square edges that, to me, would print more (depends on your clothing). That's one reason I bought the S&W 649. Small, more curved edges to blend with clothing "fluff" and it's ability to digest .357 magnums. Mine has the larger grips for OWB/IWB carry.
