I commented above on our light loads, around 23 grains, with 77 grain bullets. I'm stunned that so many are loading near max. My son shoots competition and he is quite accurate at 600 with a light load.
Yes, I understand our 77's take a lighter load, but try the lighter side of 223 loading. You may like it.
