Yeah, take this account. Jocelyne Siebenrock wasn't "young" but was 46 at the time. She was drunk and driving on a suspended license and was at the school to pick up her
grandchildren. She apparently had .28 BAL and previously has been arrested for DUI which resulted in her suspension.
