Can't help with sub 10". The only loads I've chrono'd on my 10.5" so far are a couple of heavy supers. 16.4 grains H110 under 150 grain M2 ball pull does about 1750 fps (as memory serves) and 11.6 grains H110 under a MBC 245 grain hard cast lead is doing right at 1300 fps (a still unfinished work up to a full power heavy lead load).
That M2 load does more like 1900 fps from a 16" barrel, it is a pretty mild plinking load.
