That's great news Gary. Those states that have universal recognition should be rewarded. I was hoping the new WV law would be more of the automatic kind like FL-meaning IA, MT and those other states would have been recognized by WV immediately when the new law was signed. We're getting there though.
As far as IL non-res permits, no other state has a similiar training requirement of 16 hours, and I don't know why they're requiring the other states' requirements be the same if there's no reciprocity.
