Unfortunately, that is pretty much how the Police department and, the City "court" handled the complaint. You cannot expect much from a "judge" that is merely a
local attorney,
appointed by the Mayor, and, whose salary is paid by the same city entity that pays the police department.
Justice ? Hardly.
