1911s in general, my Kimber UCDP in particular as it's my EDC. But I don't fondle it between posts, as it's generally in my holster, unless I'm in PJs, whereupon it's then next to me on the desk, table, vanity, or nightstand. If I move from room to room, it goes with me grabbed only by it's grip. Only time it's really "handled" is during a cleaning, besides the obvious range trips. It's put into it's holster in the morning and taken out at night with as little handling as possible in-between.
