The best bet is to call your local Hospital's H&R.

Edit: My local hospital doesn't have a "No Gun" sign, although my local doc has a sign "No Guns without a CCW",

My wife has a smarmy sign outside of the clinic that says:

"If your animal is loaded,
Please
try to unloaded it out side"
