I don't think it matters much for ccw. If your wearing dark clothes and have black \ blued and it has a moment of show probably not very noticable. If holster is black and same thing with stainless - probably same results.
Personal pref.
Friend of mine likes SS - said the more visible (to a bg) the better.
Each to their own opinion.
