Its a 22LR Snubbie test on Guns Tests online between the S&W 317, the Taurus 94 and the Charter. 317 wins hands down. The 94 gets an F due to reliability problems. Charter is OK.
I have the 317 Kit Gun with 3" bbl. Great shooter.
