I'd say, "Pretty wishful thinking" for the most part outside of the bench rest, or varmint caliber community. Too, it depends on how many rounds are in the group...ten shots? five shots? three shots?...heck I've got a cpl lever actions that'll keep the first two in an inch at 100 yds, most of the time...but that sure doesn't mean any time, anywhere, on demand.
