Lead?! We Don't Need No Steenking Lead!
If you are overly concerned about lead exposure, wear medical-style rubber gloves that can be bought at a pharmacy. Otherwise try to avoid snacking, snorting, or smoking them  and just wash your hands when finished reloading.
