I just recently bought a MEC shotshell reloader from them and was quite pleased with the service I received. I asked for shippment via priority mail and got an e-mail from shipping (thanks Cindy) suggesting that I could save about $12 in costs by shipping UPS ground.
Now that was nice of Cindy to bring the price differential to my attention before shipping.
