Howa Lightning .223 Remington Bolt-Action Rifle under $500 will do exactly what you want. 4 round magazine but 10 round kit is available. 22" barrel will give you all the range possible out of a .223 round. 60-64 grain bullets match up well with it's 1/12 twist.
