Clearing is not SD as you are now going on the offensive. Gather folks in one room, call 911, point the muzzle at the door with everyone secured behind a bed or similar and let them take the TV - that's what homeowner's insurance is for. Not a time, ESPECIALLY with a family and young kids, to get all macho over a few "things"
