My wife's uncle, at age 17 was shot in the chest. Doctors decided to leave the bullet where it was.
He died, 70 years later, from a stroke.
I know lead has serious risks, but aren't we really over reacting just a bit?

All else being equal (and it almost never is) bigger bullets tend to work better.
