I don't change a thing. During winter I only wear more clothing in the parking lot, the minute I enter the store or my car I take my coat off. So I really can't conceal any bigger gun during the winter than what I can conceal during the summer.
The only time I change which gun I carry is if I am wearing slacks or not. Slacks = Bersa .380. Jeans/shorts = XD subcompact .40 (though the new Beretta PX4 storm has caught my eye).
