That's the thing about the Beretta's and similar...yeah they're only .25 or 22LR but it's the one I carry all the time.
It's just so convenient.
I have snub .38's...I have my eye on a compact 9 like an M&P Shield - which fits my hand very well - but I just know I won't carry it regularly - not as regularly as the Beretta.
