The circuit judge is an extreamly capable home defense shotgun i recomend the 410/45 colt model so you can get the most effective use of the winchester pdx1 410 shot shells i have personally shot them from this model and a
t 25 yards the 4 metal disks only had a 2 inch spread in their grouping and the bbs paterned around it (admititdly tje bbs did not keep the grouping very well) but i dont think there is a home out there where you can make a 25 yard shot so that coupled with the fact that the double action means you can fire by just pulling the trigger makes it a rather formidible weapon in the home and is what i personally choose for mine
