Magnum wheel man, if you want to go the cheaper route I would go with nothing less than a SWFA, my buddy is getting the SWFA 3-15x42 in MIL for his PTR 91.

I noticed you were looking at an MOA scope, unless your dead set on MOA Id go with the MIL's
