One good thing about this is,,,
It would eliminate the arbitrary enforcement of the brandishing laws that are used by some county DA's to discourage legal carry by CWP holders.
Accidental printing or showing of a carry weapon has been prosecuted very unevenly across Oklahoma.
In Payne County the County Sheriff and the Payne County DA are notorious for treating accidental exposure of a carry gun as intentional brandishing.
Passage of this law should stop those tactics in their tracks.
At least I would hope so.
