I thing the Marlin 336 and the Winchester 94 are the only rifles you can get a 35 Remmington in.

[30-06]A BOLT ACTION IN MORE ACCURATE AND EASIER TO CLEAN. All you need to do is remove the bolt and put the rod through from the back. I have got 1/4inch groups with my 30-06. You will be lucky to get a 4 inch group out of a lever action.
