For my .308, H4895 is the clear winner out of the three powders you listed with bullet weights from 150 grains to 175 grains.
Only N140 shoots slightly more accurately but it is more expensive.

H4895 also shoots most accurately in my .223 bolt action for bullets heavier than 55 grains, but H335 shoots more accurately for bullets from 35 to 55 grains.

IMR 4350 is the most accurate powder for my .30-06 and .270.
