Coonan recently released there 6 inch barrel (see the review I did on this forum with buffalo bore ammo and 900 foot pounds of energy) They also have a compensated and a threaded version.
They have a video blog that they update pretty frequently. I tried there contact number and the phone was answered by a real person.
My Coonan functions really well.
I know they are a small shop. When I ordered my pistol a in early 2011 The customer service was great infact after I had the gun for about 2 month Dan Coonan him self called me and asked me how it was going.

Shot placement is everything! I would rather take a round of 50BMG to the foot than a 22short to the base of the skull.
all 26 of my guns are 45/70 govt, 357 mag, 22 or 12 ga... I believe in keeping it simple. Wish my wife did as well...
