First, go through the Archives on "reloading", "newbies", etc. And, I guess, "How to get started".

You're #357 in asking, doncha know...

Go buy at least one reloading book. Hornady, Sierra, Speer, etc., all publish them.

A Dillon progressive loader is excellent for pistol cartridges. I personally prefer a "C" or "O" press for rifle, but that's just me.

Almost all brands of dies are good quality. Carbide sizing dies are preferred.

Given that you're on a budget, you might consider a used "C" press; maybe find one at a gun show. Save up for a Dillon, later.

Mainly, don't be in a hurry.
