None taken, but yes. That would be me. Same goes for helmet laws, no talking/texting while driving, and Lord only knows what else. I'm not even sure I'm in favor of drivers licenses. Such laws are only to tax/control. The best government is one that keeps it nose out of my business.
Hold me responsible for being stupid and careless? Yes. Outlaw the behavior? No.
