It actually has been pretty well settled law in general that one may be justified in using force, even deadly force, to resist unlawful actions by police which present an imminent risk of harm.

But --

you better be correct about the action of the LEO being unlawful. Are you sufficiently well versed in the real life, applicable law of search, seizure and arrest to make that call in a high stress, rapidly unfolding situation?
