Women can really shoot !!!

I took my wife out with my handguns.
First I give her my Model 14-6" .38 loaded it with 5 rounds (empty chamber to start with). I set her up at 10 yards to "shoot at the target" and get used to it. She did well and asked for another set.
I gave her the full 6 and backed her up to 25 yds just to let her see the difference shooting at that distance. She shot all 6 rounds and set them all inside of a 6" circular target. She turned to me and said "So what's the difference between 10 and 25 yards supposed to be." All I could say to her is "I never want you mad at me if you have a gun in your hand - At any distance!" She got the point that she did real good. She thinks the Model 14 is her gun now.

So, every time I go to the range she's with me and often brings her best girlfriend too. She shoots everything we have from a .22 revolver to the .45 Long Colt Uberti revolver, except she won't shoot the .357 snub nose.
She doesn't like it when I shoot it, and wants nothing to do with it.

She is very proficient with the .38, and my XD-45. She likes shooting the 9mm but prefers the .45 for some odd reason. As long as she likes to go to the range all is good.
She's even considering having us get a reloading set so we can save a few bucks, and have better control over our ammo. Most of our friends have convinced her that we'll enjoy reloading our own ammo as a good hobby together.
