I have many Lee, a few RCBS and one set of Lyman All-American. Those Lyman dies are from 1978, I believe.

When shopping for dies, new or used, I'm shopping for Lee. I only end up with RCBS when someone buys 'em for me or I find a steal on some used ones. Lee works great for me, I'm quite happy with them.

I bought the Lyman All-American set to load .357 Magnum with... and I love 'em! I have no idea if their current production dies are like these old ones. If they are, those are the ones I should be buying.

Problem is... I've got like 18 sets of dies and I'm not likely to wear them out or lose them, so I don't see me replacing them anytime soon.

I like Lee's lock ring better than any other die ever made.

Attention Brass rats and other reloaders: I really need .327 Federal Magnum brass, no lot size too small. Tell me what caliber you need and I'll see what I have to swap. PM me and we'll discuss.
