FBI protocol tests, street use(s)...

A good plan to check a 9x19mm carry round or LE load is to see how it does in the FBI protocol tests. A T&E of how a factory made 9x19mm round or bullet really works. There are many useful clips on www.youtube.com of different brands.
A handgun round's documented use in real lethal force events or court reported shootings is useful too. The Speer Gold Dot 124gr +P JHP & Winchester Ranger T are in use with many sworn LE agencies.

I'd buy the new Hornady Critical Duty 135gr +P round. It's a top performer in the FBI protocol tests & it's well engineered. The DPX & PowRball loads are great too.
