Very true.
The guy Fish killed had a long history of allowing his vicious dogs to attack people. Yep, the Harold Fish case was overturned on appeal. Unfortunately, Harold Fish spent three years in prison.

In the meantime the AZ legislature and Gov. Jan Brewer changed the self defense law. BTW: That law is retroactive.
