Interesting that no one has said anything about the Walters P22 which is what Ruger copied with the SR22, I own a new model P22 and have had no issues with the ammo they say to run in it (CCI Mini Mag) also my sister carries an older model of it as a CCW which i ran the gun some today for her without issues and it has the updated chip in it which was there main issue for FTF..
I shot both today at 25 to 30 yards and was hitting baseball size targets with them. also alot people don't consider a 22lr as a CCW but there is a lady overseas on trial for killing her husband and then her lover useing a 22lr handgun, so don't tell me a 22 will not kill.
