The ABCs of Reloading is a good reference but it's *NOT* a reloading manual. A reloading manual will have specific load data regarding specific bullets, primers, powder and cases. Most of them also have diagrams of each cartridge showing the established SAAMI minimum or maximum dimensions, depending on the part/area being measured.
