I am tempted to buy some of the wooden blanks rounds, pull the bullets/dump the powder and use them as primed cases. Trying to decide if ~10ยข each for a non-reusable primed case is worth it.

Been there, done that, not worth the effort. You would think that pulling a wood bullet is easy, guess again. Kenetic bullet pullers don't work and neither does trying to pull it out. They LOVE to break off, leaving you with a hunk of wood in the case below the case mouth. That case sealant literally glues the bullets to the case. The wood will fail before the glue does.
I should have just used those 20 rounds I had to see if I could launch tennis balls with them.
