No, I have several of each (8 total - several USA made ones and several Italians). They all aim the same.
I personally do not care for the M9 sights, though. I like the 3 dot picture better.
It is actually the same rear sight on both guns, though. They just put paint in a different place, depending on it being a 92FS or an M9
