Newhunter:

I shoot five Winchester model 70's in calibers from .223 Remington to .375 H&H magnum. The model variatioin range form pre 1964 controled feed to XTR push feed. In addition I have five other rifles that set in the safe when I go hunting. When I go hunting I take my pre 64 model 70 Winchester in 30/06. With it I have taken a dozen deer, three antelope, one javelina several coyotes and countless jack rabbits. As for calibers, any of the calibers based on the .308 Win. or based on the 30/06 will do.
