I'm Sure that these are out of TC's current production but if you are darn lucky, you might be able to find an auction sight that would have them. Even when they were available, it was somewhat involved as it was a combination of adapters, base and rings. Here are some of the cat numbers that were listed back then and remember that these were common to more than one model, like the GreyHawk. .....
