I want to see a picture of your little Dan. They didn't make too many of them (or at least some really quiet people bought most of them because they don't come up often). Also you did great on the price. I'm assuming a '7'38 is going to be stainless, yes? The rumor is that Dan Wesson himself never wanted anything to do with stainless steel guns (he seemed to strongly agree or strongly disagree with a lot of what S&W was up to and he would either liberally borrow, or obviously deviate depending on his appreciation or objection) so no SS guns were said to be made while he was in charge of DW. Most of this I have pieced together, so it's all probably easily disprovable by more wizened Dan Wesson historians.
