This is really no secret or surprise to anyone with their eyes open, I have said such myself. These 5-4 decisions could easily turn into 4-5 ones in the not to distant future. I think it is fair to say if Obama or for that matter Mitt is elected in 2012 then it will be a dark dark time indeed for gun owners everywhere.

The "Secret" plan that more do not know about is the new Brady idea to go after guns as a public health issue if current court efforts fail in the next few years.
