I would just use gunbroker.com or gunfinder.net. There are always good deals to be had. All of the good FFLs I dealt with in the SF Bay area have escaped that God forsaken state. Since you are not concerned with the location of the FFL, then 'service' is probably less important than price. You might ask any remote FFL that you deal with to allow you a three day inspection period...
