Your jpgs have to reside somewhere, you can't literally attach a file to a post. A lot of people use PhotoPoint. Once you have the file accessible somewhere on the internet, posting it is just a matter of using the UBB code: [ img ]mypic.jpg[ /img ] without the spaces.
