Can anyone tell me how to get the cutter off of the shaft for my new RCBS Manual Trim Pro Cutter.

I followed the directions and held the shaft and turned the cutter counter-clockwise but it wouldn't budge.

WD40 on the thread area didn't help.

Even padded vise grips couldn't get the cutter off.

I want to install one of their 3-way cutters.

Help?
